1) Overview

We want you to love what you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work to make it right within the terms below. This policy applies to purchases made through our website.

2) Return Window

  • Standard products (non-custom, unopened): Returns accepted within 21days of delivery.

  • Sale/Clearance items: Final sale unless damaged on arrival.

3) Eligibility & Item Condition

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging (including inserts, tags, and accessories).

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Items showing wear, damage, stains, odors, or missing parts not due to our error may be rejected.

4) Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used consumables - batteries, glues, etc.

  • Any products that are damaged or used such RC trucks, planes, etc.

5) Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Email support@javelinhobbielv.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number, photos of the damage, and packaging.

  • We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost after review.

6) How to Start a Return

  • Contact us at support@javelinhobbieslv.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We’ll reply with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Ship the item back within 10 days of receiving the RA.

  • Use a trackable shipping method; keep the receipt.

Return Shipping:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect), we’ll provide a prepaid label.

  • Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

7) Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • If a restocking fee applies (for opened/used items), it will be deducted from the refund. Our restocking fee is 10% of the purchase price.

8) Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for eligible items in stock.

  • If the item you want isn’t available, we’ll process a refund instead.

9) Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Check with your bank or card issuer first.

  • Then contact us at support@javelinhobbieslv.com and we’ll assist.

10) Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they ship.

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

11) Fraud & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse returns or limit service in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or excessive returns.

12) Legal & Policy Changes

We may update this policy periodically. The latest version will always be posted here.
